Advice Has a Timestamp

An option derived from a network snapshot decays as the network or the intent changes. Options should remember the state they came from, say when they need re-evaluation, and never overwrite what was advised before.

One Success Is Not a Rule

A network learns by comparing what it believed with what happened. One scenario must not become a universal rule because it occurred once, patterns must not rewrite history, and association is not attribution in living systems.

Regenerative Systems

Unknown Is Not False

In a network where participants keep their own records, missing information is normal. Unavailable is not false, offline is not invalid, and an empty search means "we do not know of one", not "none exists".

Trust and Governance

Seednote

Hallucinated Specificity

Invented precision is often more damaging than omission. "About 300 acres" must not become 300.000 acres, "next fall" must not become a date, and "I manage" must not become "I own".

Robust to Wording, Sensitive to Meaning

Understanding needs two opposite properties at once. Equivalent sentences should give equivalent understandings, while have, need, manage and buy should change everything. Keyword matching fails both.

Generation Is Not Grading

The same model must not be the sole judge of its own interpretation. Evaluation authority runs from explicit assertions and curated gold down to model judges, and expected answers are specifications, not knobs.
